Under BRLPS, the Jeevika scheme focuses on women's empowerment, capability building, and self-reliance. I work as a Cluster Facilitator, collaborating with Self-Help Groups. Through this role, I have developed skills in public speaking, decision-making, document management, and MS Office.

I worked as a supervisor in a furniture manufacturing plant, where I acquired skills in problem-solving, time management, and accountability.
