My roles and responsibilities as a Growth Associate at Student Tribe, I am entrusted with spearheading our community's expansion across India. This involves crafting and implementing strategic initiatives to penetrate new cities and educational institutions effectively. I orchestrate engaging activities to captivate students and ensure their sustained involvement within our community. Moreover, I orchestrate the seamless execution of our flagship annual events, meticulously overseeing all operational aspects. Concurrently, I cultivate and manage partnerships with esteemed brands, prioritizing their satisfaction through meticulous planning and execution. As a Growth Associate, I interface with college and university stakeholders on daily basis, advocating for the integration of Student Tribe within academic environments. Additionally, I provide leadership to a diverse team of 17 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving our collective growth objectives. My multifaceted role underscores my dedication to driving Student Tribe's continued success and expansion.
