• Leading User Research, PRD, New Feature Development, UI/UX, and Engineering efforts for the Website to reduce the drop-rate
• Reporting on Channel and Campaign-wise Performance for Leads, Qualified Leads, Meetings and Orders through Channel API (Google, Facebook, etc) and Salesforce API Integration with Metabase (BI Platform)
