Key Contributions: AI and Chatbot Development: Spearheaded the development of an intelligent chatbot with integrated Speech-to-Text (STT) and file download features, significantly enhancing the efficiency of our internal team. This innovation reduced navigation, data retrieval, and exportation processes to under a minute. Technologies: Python, Flask, AI Open-Source Tools Web Application Tools: Led the coordination between management and development teams for different web applications tailored for internal staff. Oversaw client requirement gathering, workflow design, data management, and testing phases. Cybersecurity Audit: Played a crucial role in the team that secured CE and CE+ Certifications by implementing strict IT and cybersecurity protocols across all devices and accounts during a comprehensive three-month audit. Production Setup & IIS Hosting: Managed the production environment setup, including hosting the site through IIS, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and maintenance of web applications.
