2.5K Tire Per Day-Being a part of the Plant Engineering Department I got the opportunity to work on projects as well as maintenance of Curing, Building & Inspection area machinery.
-Worked for the Greenfield, brownfield & automation projects for capacityexpansion, productivity up, manpower reduction/process automation, costreduction/saving, quality improvement, the safety of man & machine.
-Installed process machinery & plant setup for RFT, ECOPIA Tire, etc.
-Worked for the TBR, PCR, TBR flap, and TBR Tube machinery installation,commissioning, modifications, piping, structure fabrication, erection &maintenance (maintenance including cylinder, solenoids, piping, gearbox repairing, piston valve repairing, segment cylinder repairing, side link bush replacement, VCL Chuck replacement, bull gear replacement, top link replacement, top platen replacement, bag cylinder repairing & replacement,etc.)
-Worked for the process automation with Material Handling equipment like conveyors, TRT, Belt Conveyors, Gravity conveyors, Motorized Roller Conveyor, Pick & Place system, etc.
-In-house modification of Platen - cost saving (15 Million INR )
-In-house modification of TBR Curing Trench Conveyor – saved cost 4 MillionINR.
-Installation of Piston Panel Unit - To Increase boiler efficiency (Cost saving)
-Kaizen in TBR curing machine’s parts, to use the same spare in all machines
- Cost Saving (for inventory)-In-house manufactured, designed & installed pre-heating system & vacuum leak checking system for mold container – to reduce the size change time &increase the production in shift
