95% of OpenAI employees have threatened to quit in standoff with board

The future of OpenAI is uncertain as employees and investors attempt to oust the board and reinstate co-founder Sam Altman. As of Monday, 747 out of 770 OpenAI employees signed a letter threatening to quit if the board doesn't resign. Venture capitalists are also exploring legal measures to reverse the board's decision. The board, however, remains resolute. The removal of Altman has created opportunities for rival AI companies and resulted in increased interest from OpenAI customers.
