Food delivery aggregator Zomato recently celebrated its 16th anniversary. Stand-up comedian Swati Sachdeva posted a video on her Instagram account, roasting the app for its platform fees, rain surge, and Blinkit handling charges. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal and Blinkit chief Albinder Dhindsa were seen among the audience, finding the jokes humorous. In the video, Sachdeva thanked Zomato and Goyal but humorously mentioned her fear of being charged a platform fee for using the stage. She also made jokes about the application of rain surge and questioned the handling charges of Blinkit. Sachdeva's video received a positive response.
