Under the proposed terms, Viacom18 would become the largest individual shareholder in the merged entity, with a stake of 42-45%. Reliance Industries is expected to inject up to $1.5 billion in cash into the new entity and hold a 60% ownership, while Walt Disney would retain a 40% stake.
