Dunzo explores distress sale talks as founder seeks exit

Dunzo is looking for a buyer to take over the business and assume its debt and liabilities totalling about ₹600 crore. Reliance, the company's largest investor with a stake greater than 25%, has declined to cover the liabilities despite previously considering a bailout. However, the conglomerate has granted Dunzo founder CEO Kabeer Biswas permission to proceed with a sale.
