Google to reinstate all delisted apps on Play store after govt intervenes

Google has temporarily reinstated all suspended Indian apps on the Play Store, but only if developers comply with its policies. This move follows a joint meeting between Google executives and Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, where they discussed finding a long-term solution. While the apps can be relisted, in-app purchases will be effective immediately, and startups will have to pay Google's service fees, which range from 11-30%. The government is also investigating whether Google is exercising its dominant market position. The issue of in-app billing has been the main contention between the parties involved.
