In a letter to shareholders, BYJU'S CEO Byju Raveendran spoke about the company's struggles and quoted 'Invictus' poem by William Ernest Henley. "In the fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance, My head is bloody, but unbowed," he wrote. BYJU'S is raising $200 million in rights issue at 99% lower valuation.
