The company's service centres are struggling to keep up with the high volume, causing long delays and frustrating customers. In response, Ola Electric has assembled a new service team, drawing employees from various divisions. The company has also seen a drop in sales and market share, while competitors Bajaj Auto and TVS Motor remain steady in the electric two-wheeler market. Ola Electric operates 430 service stations across India.
