Proptech startup Crib invests $1M in 'Crib Plus' to digitize student housing & co-living market

Indian property management app Crib has launched Crib Plus, a professional version of its existing tool. The upgraded version is tailored for large-scale student housing and co-living brands, offering cost savings of up to 25% and enhanced functionality such as detailed financial reporting and asset management. Crib aims to address the evolving needs of the real estate market and has already attracted over 1,000 landlords managing 2,500+ properties and 150,000+ beds. Crib has secured over $2m in funding from investors including Paytm's Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Cred's Kunal Shah.
