Reddit strikes $60 million deal with Google to use its posts for AI training

Reddit has reportedly signed a $60 billion deal with Google, allowing the tech giant to use posts from the platform to train its AI models and improve services like Google Search. In return, Reddit gains access to Google AI models to enhance its internal site search and other features. The company recently announced plans for its initial public offering (IPO) and reported a net income of $18.5 million in the October-December quarter, marking its first profit in two years.
