X posts with misinformation ineligible for revenue share: Elon Musk

Elon Musk announced that posts on X corrected by users through Community Notes will no longer be eligible for ad revenue share. Musk aims to prioritize accuracy over sensationalism and prevent the misuse of Community Notes to demonetize individuals. Users will have the option to appeal if their posts are affected. X also introduced improvements to speed up the process and notify users when notes are added to their liked, replied, or reposted posts. Note previews are now available on Android and web.
