I think when you are working for yourself (startup/self employment), then you should work as much as you need and as much as you can. If it requires more time, then work more. And further if you sleep less you will feel tired, affecting your efficency. Tho Elon musk's time schedule also makes sense. Avg person is awake for atleast 16 hours (8 hour sleep), so so while you are awake, just work and take break to eat in between

You can really do a lot of things in 4-8 hours, haan SBI people it’s different. Sometimes efficiency is overlooked dont you think? Anyone would love that job, but not everyone will sustain, either they’ll destroy themselves with some stupid decisions or the company.
