A lot of students from tier 3 colleges make it to the top product based software companies every year. I think the following plan of action will certainly help, in surviving a tier 3 college and coming out with a decent job at the end of your college. Remember one thing clearly that your college will have no contribution to your career. Need not consider the academics, faculty and other activities because they will be nothing but time killers.
