Actually the problem is they had a great vision but theri product does not reached the stage where they dreamed but their initial promotions and promises they made are on different level. This is the reason don't show up to the people until your product reached at level that you dreamed or promised. Ever thought why apple just showup their work directly in their apple events. Because their work is for decades. They research and create iterations of prototypes and show up to people only on apple event. Until then they do not even show up. This is the lesson people. Always compare your product, app or whatever with what you have actually claimed.

I still remember their promotions all over and I sounded good, but that's what happens in most cases were you over promise and when customer has a direct personal experience it doesn't reach the expectations, and as I read one review it states that the product isn't finished because of its problem with different apps logins. I believe coming out with a product, it should be a well working one and not the one that need too many corrections and updates for fixing important problems because it has a bad effect on the brand and how people would usually perceive it.
