He recognised that people are loving it and usually people used to eat moth dal more often and he thought of mixing besan with moth dal and making more thin bhujias so that customer will get good taste and experience. BOOM! The idea was a quick hit and Haldiram bhujias got famous in town. After marriage haldiram had to left his house and family due to disputes. Chapter 2 -The Nagpur HIT! Haldiram's nagpur connection is a key part in success journey! Shiv kishan Agarwal (grandson of founder) set up 1st large scale manufacturing plant in nagpur in 1970.Not only but also he started South Indian restaurant and started selling sweets.
