Why here in Medial "replying" is difficult? it's hard for me to go through each post and the reply. can't it be a long thread?

I was looking through our job vacancies
Found out that the acceptance rate to get a 24,000 rs is 0.014%
The acceptance rate in IIT is 0.5%
Why we are seeing these type of situation, are people just applying everywhere
Imagine you are a fresher. You have 2 job offers. A 7 LPA job in a big company in your hometown. And a 5 LPA job in a startup in another city. Which would you choose and why?
