Hey guys I need a suggestion from you all. Actually I am having two offers on campus and other off campus. The one in on campus is offering ppo + internship.In internship they are providing me 12000 per month and ppo is of 4.09 lpa and This is proper mnc named Jade Global. Moreover I am also having an offer from QED42 a startup service based company.They are offering only internship in web development and also aligns my interest.They are providing 20,000 ped month. But ppo is on performance based. What should I Chose as I want a growth in career as well as stability ?
